About Dailer

We're building the tool we wished existed when we were making 50 calls a day.

The story

We spent years in roles that required constant phone outreach — sales, recruiting, operations. The pattern was always the same: dial, talk, hang up, spend 20 minutes writing notes about what just happened. Then do it 39 more times.

The conversations were the valuable part. But the admin work around them — dialing, note-taking, summarizing, searching for what someone said three weeks ago — was consuming more time than the calls themselves.

We looked for tools to help. Enterprise call centers had solutions — expensive ones that required special phone systems and IT departments to deploy. Nothing existed for a 5-person team that just uses regular phones.

So we built Dailer. A tool that works with the phone you already carry, runs on a standard Windows laptop, and doesn't require an enterprise contract or dedicated infrastructure.

What we believe

Privacy is non-negotiable

Your conversations are yours. Transcription runs locally. Audio never leaves your machine. We don't train models on your data.

Simple tools get used

If a feature requires a manual to understand, it's not ready. Every interaction should be obvious and fast.

Teams shouldn't need IT departments

Small teams deserve good tools too. You shouldn't need enterprise infrastructure to record and transcribe a phone call.

Automation should reduce work, not add it

If the tool creates more admin than it removes, it's failed. Every feature is measured by time saved, not complexity added.

Where we are today

Alpha stage. Core features work — dialing, recording, transcription, and search. We're refining with early users.

Small team, fast iteration. We ship improvements daily based on what our alpha users tell us.

Free during alpha. No credit card, no commitment. Help us build the right tool and you'll get early adopter benefits when we launch.
